The Human Capital Synergyze Division held corporate values socialization for the process where employees learn to become corporate citizens who are ready to implement the values of the company where they work. Company values must be adhered to in the form of rules, regulations, procedures, company customs, governance, work behavior habits, code of ethics, and intelligence to behave on the basis of corporate culture.
Employees are expected to take advantage of company values; the way employees understand one perception and one language of how to pronounce and live the company’s values; develop the way employees think, act, work, and produce performance in accordance with the spirit of the company’s values. Currently the values of Synergyze are Proactive, Collaboration, Excellence and Dynamic.
These values are expected to be embedded, developed, utilized, managed properly. Corporate values are at the heart of the corporate culture, which defines all employee behavior and leadership, in carrying out the functions and roles as a superior quality corporate citizen.
