1.Always wear a mask Always wear a mask when in public, including on the way to work or home, and while at work.
2.Avoid touching objects in public places As much as possible avoid touching objects that many people touch, such as elevator buttons, doorknobs, or finger print machines.
3.Take good care of personal hygiene Always carry a hand sanitizer that contains at least 60% alcohol, so you can use it to clean your hands on a trip if you don’t have hand washing facilities. Arriving at the office, wash your hands with running water and soap.
4.Keep your distance from coworkers Make sure you implement physical distancing, which is keeping your distance from other people, both on the go and at work. This needs to be done to prevent you from inhaling other people’s saliva when they talk, cough, or sneeze.
5.Use private vehicles whenever possible During this COVID-19 pandemic, as much as possible use private vehicles and avoid traveling by commuter line, busway, or other public transportation that is crowded with passengers. Being in a crowd of people can increase your risk of contracting the Corona virus.
The important thing that you also shouldn’t forget is to keep your immune system in top shape by eating nutritious food, getting enough sleep, exercising regularly, and avoiding stress. Even though you still have to work outside the home during this pandemic, you can still protect yourself from the Corona virus, really.
