Avengers Competition

Synergyze’s Human Capital Division held a competition that brought creative and innovative ideas to leaders, with an avenger theme for approximately 12 months with the stages of strategy proposal, development process and finally implementation that could have a positive impact on the company’s progress.

Avengers Project Improvement: An activity where employees in cross-functional teams are encouraged to come up with improvement ideas that have an impact on the business.

The purpose of this activity:

• Building a climate of improvement in Absolute Group companies
• Building a culture of cooperation within Absolute Group’s employees
• Collect bottom-up improvement ideas
• Implement improvement ideas effectively and systematically

Then the winner was determined, namely Team Dr. Stranger, Antman, Black Partner. Congratulations to the winners and thank you for adding creative ideas and contributing positive things to the progress of the company.
